Timothy S. Harmon

Timothy S. Harmon associated with the firm from 1986 to 1988 and returned in October 2001. His practice has included a broad range of defense of civil litigation, including defense of nursing homes, automobile negligence, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and general liability. In addition to working with other insurance defense firms in Tulsa, he served as a trial attorney for over six years for a large insurance company. He has been a speaker at professional seminars in the fields of automobile negligence and nursing home liability.

Timothy S. Harmon was born August 27, 1960, in Meridian, Mississippi. He graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 and graduated from O.W. Coburn School of Law, Oral Roberts University in 1985. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. he is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. While in law school, Mr. Harmon received the AmJur Award for Professional Responsibility.
