W. Joseph Pickard joined Secrest, Hill & Butler in 2004.  Prior to joining the firm he served as a prosecutor for the Tulsa County District Attorney's office.  As a prosecutor he tried numerous felony cases in State Court.

His work focuses in area of general liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, environmental law, workers' compensation, and auto negligence.

He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma . 

Joe was born and raised in Oklahoma .  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
