EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
Secrest, Hill & Butler provides our clients with legal counseling and litigation services with respect to employment discrimination, such as race/sex/disability/sexual harassment, wrongful termination and other issues that pertain to the employment relationship, such has hiring, promotion, leave, compensation, privacy, covenants not to compete and other employment agreements and employment related torts. Our clients include primarily employers against whom an employment related claim has been asserted in both state and federal courts in Oklahoma, as well as claims pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Oklahoma Human Rights Commission.
We work with our clients to limit their exposure to litigation by providing advice on personnel issues such as policies and procedures. In this always sensitive practice area, we provide our client with creative solutions and resolutions to employment claims. However, when litigation does rise, we are able to draw on our substantial experience to represent our clients in court.
